The Prowave 770 allows the practitioner to customize the wavelength and pulse duration based on skin type. This flexibility offers deeper penetration and safety for the skin. The Prowave 770 is designed for Skin Types I-III and provides the advanage of fast treatment speed.

The CoolGlide CV Laser was the first 1064nm Nd:Yag laser to be FDA approved for permanant hair removal in all skin colors and skin types.  It can also be used in patients with tanned skin which allows for hair removal treatments year-round.  By using a longer wavelength, the hair bulb is reached bypassing the epidermal melanin thereby offering protection to the outer skin.
